What fees do I need to pay to advertise my property on the Little Gem Stays website?

NO SETUP FEE - Your property will be advertised on our website and on Facebook FREE of charge
Commission will only be charged against each booking at a rate of 20%
No limit applies to owner bookings - we appreciate that the property may also be your holiday home!

How will you decide what to charge guests staying at my property?

ALL property rate plans are discussed fully with property owners prior to going LIVE on our website
We will always provide a recommendation for rates based on the style, size and location of your property
The property owners’ rates are final - We want you to be satisfied with your earnings
Full transparency on rates is guaranteed - including seasonal rates and restrictions (pets, min. length of stay policies)
