This traditional 3 bedroom cottage has been lovingly restored throughout and combines original features with a modern finish. 

The property is perfect for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in a secluded location on the stunning Llyn Peninsula, whilst being close enough to explore Snowdonia National Park, Anglesey and many of the beautiful beaches on the peninsula! 

Our Cottage

The property offers 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a Master bedroom with floor to ceiling window and garden view, as well as a super king size bed with en-suite. The second bedroom includes a standard double bed with stunning views of the countryside to the front of the cottage. The third bedroom is setup with two separate single beds.

All three bedrooms are located on the first floor together with a family bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a homely living/dining area with centre-piece wood burning stove and smart TV with full Sky subscription (all sports & movies). At the rear of the property is a fully equipped modern kitchen with central island/breakfast bar. There is also a utility area and separate shower/cloak room. 

One of the best features of the property is the large conservatory with double sliding doors, which open up on to the picturesque garden. Externally, you will find a fully secure, mature garden with large lawn and seating areas, as well as an outbuilding that has been converted in to a games room. The games room comes equipped with a multi-games table, offering pool, air hockey & table tennis, as well as a separate foosball table and darts board.

Where we are

The Crossing Cottage is set in a desirable location just a short drive from the popular Welsh coastal town of Criccieth. The cottage is the perfect place for families and friends who are seeking a tranquil retreat. It also provides an excellent base for guests to explore all that the Llyn Peninsula & Snowdonia National Park has to offer. The woodland surrounding the property offers a perfect retreat for birds and other wildlife, creating a perfect backdrop for guests to enjoy the many country walks and cycling routes in the area. 

From the doorstep, guests can walk to the end of the lane and join the famous tree-lined walk ‘Y Lon Goed’ which winds its way through the countryside for approximaetly five miles from the sea at Afonwen to Hendre Cennin near Bryncir. 

Whether you are looking to actively explore the mountains of Snowdonia or simply relax and enjoy one of the many nearby sandy beaches along the Llyn coastline, the Crossing Cottage is ideally situated and provides the perfect sanctuary to unwind in the evening. As there is little light pollution in the area, the clear night skies are ideal for star gazing in the garden at the end of a long day!
